Policies and procedures

Kinderdance® programs generally follow the academic year with summer classes offered at participating schools. Elementary schools, child care schools, day care centers and any locations offering the program can begin at any time.
Your first month’s tuition and the one time annual registration fee are expected to be paid on, or before the day your child attends the first class. As of August 1, 2013 we no longer accept checks.
Once you have registered your child for class, you will be electronically invoiced to your email account for each month’s Tuition. You may pay directly through the link provided in your email by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover. For your convenience we also offer automatic payment for your monthly tuition charges.
Tuition is due the first of each month. There is a ten day grace period. After the 10th of the month a $20 late fee is applied.
Tuition is based on an average of four (4) lessons per month. Months with five lessons are considered to balance against those with three lessons (i.e. holidays, snow days).
There are no refunds for missed days .
Pro-rated fees do apply, but only if class is not held such as holidays that will not be balanced . In situations of inclement weather or school conflicts we schedule make-up classes.
If tuition is not paid in full by the third class of the month, your child will not be able to participate. When payment and past due charges are paid in full, we will gladly invite your child back to class.
Cancellation policy: (1) Complete cancellation form at the bottom of this page. Please give 30 days notice. (2) Your invoice will be cancelled and your child will be dropped from the class. NOTE: Please keep in mind there are no refunds.
To insure optimum learning for our dancers, visiting days are limited. Your Instructor will provide information for these days at your child’s school. Parents will receive progress reports to keep up to date with their child’s progress. If you are interested in knowing more about how your child is progressing and what she/he is learning, please call your Kinderdance® Instructor.
A minimum enrollment of and full payment of 5 children is required for a class to be scheduled and maintained.
Uniforms are required at all times to insure your child has a positive and safe learning experience while attending classes in the Kinderdance® programs. ***For your convenience, Kinderdance® Atlanta offers quality dance and gym wear at discounted prices on our online store. Uniforms are delivered to you right to class. Below are uniform requirements.
